## Confirmed concept

Still is a palm-sized e-ink focus device with a companion app. It is a fictional concept created solely to evaluate Possible's Hardware Launch pack.

The audience is desk-based knowledge workers who want to begin a focus session without opening a distracting phone. The core interaction is deliberately small: turn the top dial to choose a duration, press it to start, and glance at the e-ink face for progress. The companion app stores presets and presents local session history.

## Launch promise

## Product direction

- Working name: Still.
- Form: a compact rounded-square desk object with an e-ink face, one top dial/button, and USB-C.
- Design target, not a validated physical specification: approximately 72 × 72 × 18 mm.
- Visual direction: warm off-white, near-black, and signal orange; calm editorial typography; honest prototype language.
- The CAD model should communicate the exterior concept and assembly intent only. Internal electronics, antenna behavior, thermal performance, tolerances, battery life, drop resistance, and manufacturability are unverified.
- The companion app may appear in the launch story, but a production app is outside this outcome.

## Required outcome

- A responsive local launch site with one waitlist interaction.
- A short programmatic launch film and a locally rendered preview.
- Reviewable prototype CAD source, STEP-first geometry when the available toolchain supports it, secondary review formats, snapshots, and a geometry report.
- A waitlist contract that uses no real backend and collects no real customer data.
- An integrated outcome room and evidence report.

- Do not send email or connect analytics.
- Do not claim customer demand, tested battery life, manufacturing readiness, physical validation, certification, or production readiness.
- Use placeholder/local waitlist behavior and state this clearly.
- Prefer a coherent, polished launch over breadth.

## Acceptance checks

- Site, film, and hardware tell the same product story and use the same confirmed facts.
- The site runs locally and its primary path is browser-tested.
- The film has a rendered visual preview that can be reviewed without opening source code.
- The CAD output can be opened or rendered and includes measured geometry facts plus explicit assumptions.
- The final receipt identifies passed, failed, skipped, and unproven checks.
