Possible Refund Policy

This policy covers teardown reports bought on possible.sh from BRAIN TRUST PRIVATE LIMITED (Singapore, UEN 202416698H). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

When we refund you in full

• Not enough public evidence. If we find there isn't enough public evidence to answer your question, we tell you and refund you in full instead of sending a report.
• After delivery. If you believe your report doesn't answer your question because there wasn't enough public evidence, email us within 14 days of delivery and say why. If we agree, we refund you in full. We decide in our reasonable judgement.
• We can't deliver, or we decline your order. We refund you in full.

Otherwise

Other purchases are non-refundable once we've started work, except where the law requires a refund. A refund isn't available because you disagree with a report's conclusions, or because you changed your mind after delivery.

How refunds work

Email hello@possible.sh from the address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer. Once we refund an order, you may no longer use that report.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights the law where you live gives you that can't be excluded.
