Possible Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms govern your use of possible.sh and our paid teardown reports (the "Service"). The Service is provided by BRAIN TRUST PRIVATE LIMITED, a Singapore company (UEN 202416698H) ("we", "us"). By using the Service or buying a report, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you buy for an organisation, you agree for it, and "you" includes it. These terms limit our liability.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18, and give accurate information when you buy.

2. Teardown reports

  • What you buy. A one-off payment buys one written report about one competitor you name, answering the question you give us. It isn't a subscription.
  • How it's made. An AI agent researches public sources only and writes the report. We don't use logins, paid ad-library tools or non-public information, and we mark what public evidence can't show as unknown.
  • Delivery. We email the report to the address you give at checkout. We aim to deliver within 2 business days (Singapore), but this is a target, not a guarantee. If we can't deliver, we refund you under our Refund Policy.
  • Your brief. You must give us a competitor (a website or app store link), a description of your product and your question. If the brief is unclear, we may ask you about it, and delivery may take longer.
  • We may decline an order at our discretion, for example if it breaks section 3. If we do, we refund you in full.
  • Using the report. Once you've paid, you may use the report for your own business purposes, including sharing it within your organisation. You may not resell it, or publish it as our work or as our statement about the competitor. We keep ownership of the report and of our methods, and we may research and write about the same competitor for others or for ourselves.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, harass or deceive anyone, distribute malware, or interfere with the Service, its security or other users. You must not:

  • ask us to research a private individual, or anything other than a business or product;
  • use a report to harass, defame or unlawfully compete with anyone;
  • send us others' confidential information, or personal data beyond what the brief needs.

We decide, in our reasonable judgement, whether a use breaks these rules.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the brief and anything else you send us. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and transmit it as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service, including through the service providers named by category in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the rights to send it.

5. Our rights

We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, reports and trademarks. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the Service except as these terms allow. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely without obligation to you.

6. Payment

  • The price is shown before you pay. You pay once, at checkout.
  • Our payment provider processes payments, and its terms apply to the payment.
  • Prices include any taxes we must collect, unless stated otherwise.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
  • Starting straight away. When you buy, you ask us to start work on your report straight away. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a purchase of a service or digital content, you agree that you lose that right once the report has been delivered to you.

7. Changes, suspension and termination

  • We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. This doesn't affect a report you've already paid for: we deliver it or refund you.
  • We may suspend or end your access at any time, including if we believe you've broken these terms or your use creates risk for us or others.
  • Sections 2 ("Using the report"), 4, 5 and 8 to 11 survive termination.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and every report are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Reports are written by an AI agent from public sources, which may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and the agent may misread them. We don't promise that any report is accurate or complete, or that following its suggestions will get you any result. A report is general business information, not legal, financial, investment or other professional advice. Check anything important against the cited sources before relying on it. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows:

  • we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or relating to the Service, any report or these terms, however caused and on any theory of liability;
  • our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Service, any report or these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights the law where you live gives you that can't be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You'll indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your brief, your use of a report, or your breach of these terms or the law.

11. General

  • Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and update the date above. The terms in effect when you buy a report apply to that purchase.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Transfer. You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them to an affiliate or a successor.
  • Whole agreement. These terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver. No third party has rights under these terms.
